林心如曾在節目上透露,產後快速瘦身的秘訣就是把澱粉攝取量減到最低。一天中只有午餐會食用1/3碗的五穀米,其他時候都沒有吃飯喲~主要以蛋白質、蔬菜和補充營養能量。
