The delayed-release capsule makes it easy on the stomach, and it’s not pretty just to be pretty — the beadlets in the oil cut down on the number of pills you’d otherwise need to take.
As with the other Ritual vite that made the list, people are pretty torn about the mint flavor — but overall they’re still really satisfied with the vitamin.
