Abandoned Train Station – Abkhazia, Georgia
During the war in Abkhazia, this train station was abandoned. The war took place throughout 1992 and 1993 and was a dispute between Russia and Georgia over the region and to whom it belonged.
Since then, the dispute left the area largely abandoned. Although it has been abandoned, we can still see the complex work of the architects. Unfortunately, there are no plans to renovate or restore the station.
Wooden Houses – Russia
These are some truly impressive buildings that lie deep within the Russian forest. They have some complex designs and authentic carpentries that make them a beauty to admire.
These buildings were mostly abandoned by the original builders due to the low temperatures. Eventually, they left their wooden houses for others built with bricks in the city. Now, visitors can explore these historic houses.
