Constancy is important, that is why to achieve optimal results we recommend that you exercise at least 3 days a week, for one hour each workout (minimum). And take a healthy diet.

Squats 3 SERIES of 10 repetitions

Stand up with your feet straight in line with your shoulders, start lowering your hip like you’re going to sit in a chair. When bending the knees the thighs must become parallel to the ground. Over time you can do the exercise by holding a weight with your arms in front of your chest.
