2.臀橋

平躺床上雙腿微微並起(寬度大概和肩膀同寬),用腹部和臀部的力量抬起骨盆,同時記得要收緊臀部喲~讓腹部和大腿如圖中保持一條直線。

一天做3組,每次維持動作1分鐘。

3、俯身提膝

俯身用腳尖和手掌撐起身體,手臂要伸直喲~不要隆起北部,收緊腹部;兩腿輪流向前提膝(如圖),速度無需太快慢慢做。

一天兩腿各做20次,一共3組。
