準備食材:紫甘藍1/3個、雞蛋2枚、薑絲少量,植物油、米醋、鹽適量。
做法:
1、紫甘藍洗淨切成絲,姜切絲,雞蛋加一茶匙清水打碎;
2、鍋燒熱後倒入少量油,將雞蛋炒熟盛出備用;
3、炒鍋中再加入少量油,放入薑絲、紫甘藍絲,旺火快炒,烹入一茶匙米醋,可使菜絲爽脆。加入雞蛋快炒十秒;
4、出鍋前加入少量鹽調味即可。
