Mug Cakes: 8 recipes to prepare with a cup and microwave

This recipe is perfect if you enter craving for flan. You can make it both vanilla and coffee or chocolate.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Milk 20cl
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet Sugar Vanilla

Preparation

In a bowl Diluímos the 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a little of the milk 20cl that we have left to part for preparation.
Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons sugar and packet sugar Avanillado.

Pour the rest of the milk and mix with a fork. Pour the mixture in a cup and put it in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes to 750W.
