Mug Cakes: 8 recipes to prepare with a cup and microwave

Apple and cinnamon Mug cake

Ingredients

Half-apple peeled and cut into pieces
A spoonful of lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg white
A pinch of baking powder
A teaspoon of sunflower oil

Preparation

As before we sift the flour in the form of rain first. Add the sugar, the cinnamon powder, the spoonful of lemon juice, the honey and the tablespoon of milk. We mix it all up and beat the egg white.

Then add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix. As before with a teaspoon of oil we put it inside the cup and try to be spread throughout the interior. So we’ll keep the mug cake from sticking.

Microwave for 2 minutes approximately 30 seconds (at a power of 800 watts, if your mic is more powerful it will be a little less time).
Once the cooking is finished add the chopped cookie or the almonds and if you like very sweet half a teaspoon of honey.
