作為四川人的譚松韻對「火鍋」十分鍾情!但吃火鍋也有“不怕吃胖”的秘訣喲~比如菜品上可以選擇原型食物為主,肉片、蔬菜、瓜類、玉米等都能多吃,但魚丸、午餐肉這些加工過的食物就盡可能少碰。醬料方面盡量避開香油、芝麻醬等高熱量的,可以用小米辣+醬油替代。
