Myte 3: mat fremskynder stoffskiftet

Å spise mat som grønn te, koffein og paprika vil ikke hjelpe deg å miste vekt. Noen av disse matvarene kan gi stoffskiftet et lite løft, men ikke nok til å gjøre en forskjell i vekten.

Velg maten for den gode næringsverdien og smaken. Spis en rekke sunne matvarer som vil holde deg sunn uten å bli fett, for eksempel fisk, frukt, grønnsaker og fullkorn.
